Join us at 2013 Brevard County Fair!
We would like to invite you to be a part of the 4th Annual Brevard County Fair. 2012 fair attendance reached over 20,000 people, with increasing attendance expected! While we are a growing event, we are working year-round to build a great event, servicing our community with entertainment, rides, exhibits and terrific food! This annual event is held at the Wickham Park Pavilion in Melbourne, Florida. The 2013 fair will run from March 21st through March 30th, 2013. Opening hours will be as follows:
- Monday-Thursday 6:00pm – 10:00pm
- Friday 5:00pm – 11:00pm
- Saturday 12:00pm-11:00pm
- Sunday 12:00pm-10:00pm
Food Vendors Only
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at the Brevard County Fair. Please email or mail your Vendor Application, Vendor Contract, Electrical Request Form, Menu, Price List and a Photo of your Booth Set-Up.
Outdoor Spaces
All vendor spaces are leased on a basis of $35.00/foot of Booth Space Frontage. Along with your space you will receive Five-1-day passes. Electricity is available and must be requested on the Electrical Request Form.
Application Forms
All forms are available by downloading them off this page, or they can be emailed or sent by mail. A 50% Nonrefundable deposit is required upon approval. The balance will be due no later than Friday, March 1st, 2013.
Spaces are limited so please send your forms and deposit in as soon as possible so your spot can be reserved!
Insurance Requirements
In order to comply with this provision, the Vendor shall purchase, at its own expense, $1,000,000.00 of single limit liability insurance from an insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Florida. Such insurance coverage shall be evidenced by a provision that the Brevard County Fair, Inc and three additional entities (Highlighted on Page 2 of the Rules and Regulations Form) as Additional Insured shall be held harmless form liability as provided above.
